No, we can’t give you an exact price over the phone. Since we typically price based on how much space your items take up in the truck, we need to see the items in person before we can give you an exact price. For some single item removals, we can give you an estimated price before the appointment, but the final price will always be given onsite. The best way to get a price is to book a free, no-obligation onsite estimate.
We accept cash and major credit cards, and some locations have additional payment options. Payment is only processed once the job is complete.
Tips are by no means expected or obligatory when using our service. However, we know our teams greatly appreciate them! If you feel like they did a great job, feel free to tip as you see fit.
You can always change or cancel your appointment at any time. Just call us at (205)919-0507 and we'll be happy to help you make changes to your appointment.
Yes! You don't have to be onsite for us to remove your junk. As long as we can access the items and confirm the job with you beforehan,d, we can complete the removal and take payment remotely. We can also send photos once the job is complete.
Yes! We are happy to provide our customers with No Contact Junk Removal. Our No Contact Junk Removal service allows us to remove items without direct contact to ensure the comfort and safety of our customers and our teams.
The items we most often help people get rid of are mattresses, couches, other types of furniture, and electronics. We can take pretty much anything that two people can lift and load, as long as it's not toxic or hazardous. We can remove your items from wherever they’re located, whether it’s your garage, backyard, attic, or anywhere else—all you have to do is point!
LP Junk Removal cannot accept hazardous or toxic materials, including chemicals, solvents, oils, asbestos, gasoline, and other hazardous waste. We also do not haul concrete, rocks, dirt or other heavy construction materials. Certain items may require special handling, so if you're unsure whether we can take something, give us a call or send us a photo and we'll let you know.
Absolutely! We take big items all the time. As long as it can be lifted and loaded into the truck by two people, we'll be happy to take it away for you!
Our goal is always to be as environmentally responsible as possible, while being sure to follow local regulations. We do our best to keep items out of the landfill by donating the donate-ables and recycling the recyclables as much as we can.
